9:00 AM – Combcut (Swedish machine for cutting thistles in-crop) Plots & Operation at Son Tanner Sales Ltd. (Colin & Jen Tanner)
10:30 AM – Soil Recycling, Composting, Wood chipping Operations at PV Waste Solutions
11:45 AM – Honey Operation/Boxed Lunch at ZeeBee Honey (Michelle & Perry Frischholz)
1:45 PM – Tour of Fruit Orchards; Pie & coffee included at Over the Hill Orchards
4:15 PM – Green Manure/ Cover Crop Plots; Cover Crop Practitioner, Farmer Garry Richards from Bangor SK; BBQ Supper at Keewatin Farm (Will & Elaine Oddie)
