Administrative Assistant
This position will start as part-time with the possibility to grow to full-time as the incumbent learns and becomes more able to contribute.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to both multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Flexibility
- Office Admin diploma/certificate preferred
- Website management skills preferred
- Social Media/Marketing skills preferred
- Good computers skills, particularly MS Office required
- Answer telephones, direct calls
- Database entries
- Assist other staff as required
- General housekeeping duties
- Other duties as assigned

Salary:
$15.00-$20.00 per hour
