Administrative Assistant

This position will start as part-time with the possibility to grow to full-time as the incumbent learns and becomes more able to contribute.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to both multi-task and prioritize work
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • Flexibility
  • Office Admin diploma/certificate preferred
  • Website management skills preferred
  • Social Media/Marketing skills preferred
  • Good computers skills, particularly MS Office required
  • Answer telephones, direct calls
  • Database entries
  • Assist other staff as required
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Type:
$15.00-$20.00 per hour
